30-Day Refund Policy

Try ClearStep for 30 days. If it is not right for your feet or shoes, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

No return required

You do not need to send the product back to be considered for a refund.

How to request a refund

Email north.next.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and make it right.
