What size banneton do I need?

Our banneton is designed for standard 500-900g sourdough loaves (approx. 22cm diameter). It's suitable for most beginner and intermediate bakers.

 

How do I season my banneton?

Lightly dust with rice flour before first use. After each use, shake out excess flour and allow to air dry completely before storing.

 

How long does shipping take?

Is the linen liner included?

Yes! Every banneton comes with a natural linen liner to prevent sticking and allow even moisture absorption.

 

Can I wash my banneton?

Do not submerge in water. To clean, brush out any dried dough and allow to air dry. For deeper cleaning, place in the oven at 120°C for 30 minutes to kill any bacteria.
